On the 7-th of November advocate Emil Amirkhanyan (license 993, given on the 16.10.2010)  has been appointed the first deputy chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of RA.   

Emil Amirkhanyan's functions:

 -systematization of relations with state (judicial, police, prosecutory etc.) and local self-government.  

-Systematization of relations between the Chamber and international organizations.  

 -Systematization in the sphere of the Chamber's public relations, including the systematization of the work of the spokesperson of the Chamber.    

- Provision of Chamber's programs effective realization

-Legal representation in cases in which the Chamber does participate.  

--Development and presentation of attitudes concerning normative acts and their projects.    

-Organization of claims discussion presented against advocates.
